Warning: Our products contain hot peppers and spicy ingredients. Use with caution. Keep away from children and pets. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Not recommended for individuals with sensitive stomachs or certain medical conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.

For unopened products, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to our assessment and approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
